A little about me
Hi, I'm Inge — the heart behind SuzyMe.
If you've spent more than a few minutes with me, you'll quickly discover two things: I love making beautiful things, and I love feeding people. That's why SuzyMe has grown into two little worlds that perfectly reflect who I am — All Things Pretty and All Things Yummy.
I was born and raised in South Africa, where family gatherings always happened around a table filled with incredible food, and creativity was simply part of everyday life. Although Georgia is now home, a piece of my heart will always long for South Africa. It's where my roots began. But life has a wonderful way of growing new roots too, and here in Georgia I've found a place to build a new home, raise my family, and share the traditions, flavours, and creativity that shaped me.
I'm a wife, a mom to three busy girls, a maker, a baker, and someone who probably has far too many ideas running through my head at any given moment. Whether I'm perfecting a South African rusk recipe, recreating a favourite bakery treat, designing a pair of clay earrings, or dreaming up my next seasonal collection, I pour my whole heart into everything I create.
I believe the little things matter. A handmade gift that makes someone smile. A warm curry shared around the dinner table. A perfectly crunchy rusk enjoyed with a cup of coffee. These small moments are often the ones we remember most.
